a culture of pleasure and happiness.
Another detail that unites this countries is that they have all one exit on the sea.
CLIMATE

Besides, taxes on the real estate trasferentes won’t be paid for the first house, and they are freed of the 50% of
the tax on the mortgages, and of the 50% of the tax on the earningses on the capital (affairs).
